Project Overview

Technical Highlights

  • Earthworks & Excavation: Successfully excavated to formation level across 20,000 m3.

  • Sustainable Materials: Utilized 100% site-won recycled stone throughout the site footprint to construct a durable protective capping layer, minimizing imported aggregate costs and environmental impact.

  • Structural Pile Protection: Formed specialized stone berms in 6m lengths (totaling 10,000m3) to structurally protect existing contiguous piles from movement and surcharge loads.

  • In-Situ Concrete Walers: Installed in-situ reinforced concrete walers across the contiguous piling system, comprising 27m of high-level and 27m of low-level waler beams to provide critical lateral restraint.
