Dual-chartered (MRICS & MCInstCES) with over 30 years in construction and 15 years at Director and senior management level, Craig leads Arthurstone with proven commercial and operational expertise. He has successfully procured and managed major civil engineering subcontracts up to £10m across the commercial, retail, and public sectors for top-tier main contractors.

Chris brings over 20 years of civil engineering expertise to Arthurstone, overseeing all site engineering and construction operations. With a career that includes managing key engineering teams on the Forth Crossing project and managing infrastructure for Barratt Homes, Chris ensures every site is executed with technical accuracy, operational efficiency, and unyielding attention to quality.

Stuart brings 26 years of construction experience to Arthurstone. With a decade in senior management, he has delivered multi-million-pound residential and infrastructure packages across Scotland for major developers including Barratt, Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon, and Miller Homes. His groundwork background ensures practical oversight of site teams and programmes from earthworks to completion.
